    There's some positives, there's some negatives. Overall in my experience with two homes, it's simply average. Was really disappointed today with something as simple as shut off valves missing from the sinks, hence the 3/5 review.

    Also have a freezing cold master bedroom in the winter. Had City worker come over with thermal camera to take pictures. He found an entire column (between studs) was substantially colder than the rest of the wall. Pictures don't lie, Amron said they'd come over and "adjust our ventilation".

    Currently in a 9 year old Amron home. Their motto is "Still Setting The Standard". Just had a routine problem with our kitchen faucet, realized the plumbing contractor they hired didn't even put simple valves on any of our sinks in the home. Would've taken a extra few mins and an extra few bucks for them. Cost me a couple hours and a minor headache today instead. Might be minimum code, but certainly wasn't "setting the standard" on this one.
